Elden Ring Haligtree Medallion Right Location And How To Get It

Unlocking late-game secrets in Elden Ring requires finding specialized key items scattered across the Lands Between. The Haligtree Secret Medallion Right half is a critical component needed to access the optional Consecrated Snowfield region. Tracking down this item involves visiting a gloomy village in southern Liurnia and uncovering a clever disguise.
Traveling to the Village of the Albinaurics
To begin your search, head to the flooded caverns beneath the southwestern cliffs of Liurnia of the Lakes. Ride past the dangerous swamp creatures toward the Village of the Albinaurics site of grace. From this checkpoint, follow the path leading up the eastern incline toward the dark cliff face.
Exposing Albus and Claiming the Medallion
At the top of the slope past the fire-throwing enemy, you will spot an oversized clay pot resting near the stone wall. Striking or rolling into this pot breaks the illusion and reveals an old Albinauric named Albus. Speaking to him reveals the tragic story of his village and grants you the right half of the secret medallion.
Connecting with Latenna for Further Guidance
After acquiring the medallion half, you can optionally seek out Latenna at the Slumbering Wolf's Shack further east. Showing her the right medallion half earns her trust and unlocks valuable clues regarding the left medallion's whereabouts in Castle Sol. This optional step enriches the narrative while preparing you for the journey ahead.
How to Use the Secret Medallion Halves
Once you acquire both the left and right halves, return to the Grand Lift of Rold in the Forbidden Lands. Approach the pedestal at the lift base and switch your interaction option to hoist the secret medallion. Raising the complete medallion initiates a cutscene that transports your character directly to the hidden snowfields.
